Luxury Accommodation Without the Price Tag at a B&B Llandudno

Image
One of the main things which makes or breaks a holiday is your accommodation. If you’re not truly satisfied with where you’ll be stopping for the duration, it can leave you feeling a bit fed up before you’ve even started to enjoy your holiday.

You don’t always have to spend a fortune to stay in deluxe accommodation, and there’s a particular B&B in Llandudno which certainly fits the bill for this. The Cae Mor is a seafront bed and breakfast which offers excellent accommodation with all the niceties that you’d expect from a hotel, yet with affordable B&B prices.

The Cae Mor offers three types of bedroom, including standard, deluxe and superior. Each superior room offers stunning sea views, and many feature deluxe spa baths for truly relaxing holiday evenings.

With the money you’ll be saving, you’ll have plenty left to enjoy an authentic seaside ice cream (or two) from the Llandudno promenade, as well as enough to enjoy the local attractions within the town.

In terms of local attra…

Luxury Stays in North Wales

Image
North Wales might not strike many as a luxury holiday destination. Many of us envision being crowded together and cramped within a caravan on a stay within this region, chattering our teeth away through gales and heavy rain – or perhaps experiencing one of the very many adventure experiences that the North Wales region has to offer.
However, as a blog that endeavours to provide inspiration of many forms of luxury break, we’d be remiss to not point out the fact that North Wales has an assortment of luxury bases for holidays in Caernarfon as well as beautiful Caernarfon hotels , and the Ty’n Rhos Country House Hotel in Caernarfon is the cream of the crop.
This beautiful country house benefits from an absolutely gigantic garden which fills acres upon acres of beautiful land all about and around the country house, as well as a team of gardeners which ensure that the gardens are primed and perfect no matter what time of year you may visit.
During the summer season, you’re more than welcome t…

Mother’s Day At St Tudno Hotel Llandudno

Image
Lots of us have a lot to owe to our mothers – she’s the one person in the world that’s known you from before you were even born, would (and most likely has!) moved heaven and earth for you, and would do so again without question. Mother’s Day of course is the time of the year where we celebrate our mothers, and for a lot of us, a bunch of flowers just doesn’t cut it.
Most of us want to give our mothers an experience they’ll love, and it can be difficult to get the right balance, something that’s special enough but not completely over the top.
What about a nice meal at a restaurant which has been mentioned in the Michelin guide? Fine, you might think, if you could take out a personal loan in order to afford it.
Thankfully, you won’t have to do that. A very little known insider tip to the locals of Llandudno, a beautiful seaside town on the North Wales coastline dubbed the Queen of Welsh Resorts, is the St Tudno Hotel. This beautiful period building, like Llandudno in itself, has been lovi…

The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge

The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge is a rewarding yet challenging trek, which will have you taking on the three famous Yorkshire peaks. There’s also another, and very important aspect of the challenge – the whole trek has to be completed within 12 hours!

Whether you’re doing the three peaks trek for your favourite charity or perhaps just want to challenge yourself, completing the challenge is a rewarding experience. Taking time to train yourself before the challenge ensures that you’ll be able to take it on with ease once the day arrives.

Pen-y-Ghent

Beautiful Stays at Ogwen Bank Holiday Park

Image
The weather is brightening up and there’s not many better spots to holiday in North Wales within than the glorious Ogwen Bank Country Club and Holiday Park. While indeed there’s more than a few holiday parks in North Wales, Ogwen Bank stands apart from others by the fact that it’s just so expansive.
While Holiday Parks might make you think of lines and lines and lines of caravans in meticulous and somewhat oppressive little rows, with no flavour or personality to be seen anywhere, nothing could be further from the truth at Ogwen Bank. Most likely as you visit, you'll be so taken with the place you'll be interested in their series of lodges for sale in North Wales!
The Holiday Homes at this beautiful part of the UK benefit from being nestled within the woodland, by the fact that each and every Holiday Home, be it a caravan or a lodge (or even a nifty little S-Pod!) is a respectful distance from the other and absolutely respectful to the land around it. Each and every holiday…
